Ingredients: - 2 cups all-purpose flour - 1 3/4 cups granulated sugar - 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder - 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda - 1 teaspoon baking powder - 1 teaspoon salt - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg - 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper - 1 cup buttermilk - 1/2 cup vegetable oil - 2 large eggs - 2 teaspoons vanilla extract - 1 cup boiling water

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Grease and flour two 9-inch cake pans or line them with parchment paper.

2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cayenne pepper.

3. In a separate mixing bowl, whisk together the buttermilk, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
