From freem

Ingredients: - 1 cup natural peanut butter - 1 cup brown sugar - 1 large egg - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract - 1/2 teaspoon baking soda - 1/4 teaspoon salt - 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter and brown sugar until well blended. 3. Add the egg and vanilla extract and mix well. 4. Add the baking soda and salt and mix until the dough is well combined. 5. Fold in the chocolate chips. 6. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 7. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough and place them on the baking sheet, leaving about 1 inch between each cookie. 8. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden. 9. Remove the cookies from the oven and allow them to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes. 10. Transfer the cookies to a wire rack and allow them to cool completely. 11. Serve and enjoy!

Note: These cookies are naturally gluten-free, but make sure to use gluten-free chocolate chips if you have a severe gluten allergy.
