How to Adjust Video Privacy Settings in Skype

From freem

Adjusting your video privacy settings in Skype is a simple process. Here are the steps to follow:

1. Open Skype and sign in to your account.

2. Click on your profile picture in the top-left corner of the screen.

3. Select "Settings" from the dropdown menu.

4. In the left-hand menu, click on "Audio & Video".

5. Under the "Video" section, you will see the option for "Privacy". Click on this option.

6. Here, you can choose who you want to share your video with. You can select from the following options:

- Everyone: This means that anyone who has your Skype ID or phone number can call you and see your video.

- Contacts: This means that only your contacts on Skype can call you and see your video.

- Nobody: This means that no one can call you or see your video.

7. Once you have selected your preferred privacy option, close the settings window. Your video privacy settings will now be adjusted.

It is important to note that these settings only apply to video calls. If you want to adjust your privacy settings for instant messaging or other features in Skype, you will need to do so separately.
