Adding a picture to an Outlook email is a simple process that can be done in just a few steps. Here is how to do it:

1. Open a new email message in Outlook.

2. Place your cursor where you want the image to appear in your email.

3. Click on the "Insert" tab at the top of the email message.

4. Click on "Pictures" in the "Illustrations" section.

5. Browse to find the picture you want to add and select it.

6. Click "Insert" to add the picture to your email.

7. You can then resize the picture by dragging the corners of the image to make it smaller or larger as per your requirement.
