How to Bake Potato Pizza

Potato pizza is a delicious and satisfying meal that's easy to make at home. Follow these steps to bake your own potato pizza:

Ingredients:

- Pizza dough (store-bought or homemade) - 2-3 potatoes, sliced thinly - 1/2 onion, chopped - 1-2 cloves garlic, minced - 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded - 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated - 1 tbsp olive oil - Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

2. Roll out your pizza dough on a floured surface and place it on a baking sheet or pizza stone.

3. Drizzle olive oil over the dough and use a pastry brush or the back of a spoon to spread it out evenly.

4. Arrange the sliced potatoes on top of the pizza dough, overlapping slightly. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

5. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic in a little bit of olive oil until they are soft and fragrant.

6. Spread the onion and garlic mixture over the potatoes.

7. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the potatoes and onions.

8. Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

9. Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing.

10. Sprinkle the grated parmesan cheese over the top of the pizza and serve.
