Ingredients: - 2 cups all-purpose flour - 2 teaspoons baking powder - 1/2 teaspoon salt - 1 cup unsalted butter, softened - 1 cup granulated sugar - 4 large eggs, at room temperature - 2 teaspoons vanilla extract - 1/2 cup milk

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease a 9-inch loaf pan with butter and dust it with flour.

2. In a medium bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, and salt.

3. In a separate large bowl, cream the softened butter and sugar together until light and fluffy, using an electric mixer or stand mixer.
