How to Apply Nude Eye Makeup

From freem

Nude eye makeup is a classic and versatile look that can be worn for any occasion, from a natural everyday look to a glam evening look. Here are the steps to apply nude eye makeup:

1. Start by prepping your eyelids with an eye primer or concealer. This will help your eyeshadow stay put and prevent creasing.

2. Apply a light-colored eyeshadow all over your lid as a base. You can use shades like ivory, cream, or beige.

3. Use a medium-toned shade to add definition to your crease. Use a blending brush to apply the eyeshadow in a windshield wiper motion back and forth on your crease.

4. Apply a darker eyeshadow shade to the outer corner of your lid and blend it inwards towards the middle of your eyelid.

5. If desired, you can add a shimmery eyeshadow to the inner corner of your eye to brighten up your eyes.

6. Apply eyeliner close to your lash line, either with a pencil or a liquid eyeliner. You can choose a black or brown shade for a more natural look.

7. Curl your eyelashes with an eyelash curler and apply mascara to complete the look.

8. Optional: You can add false lashes for a more dramatic effect.

Tips:

- Use a blending brush to ensure that your eyeshadows blend seamlessly together. - If you have a small or hooded eye shape, use a lighter shade on your lid to make your eyes appear larger. - For a more subtle look, use matte eyeshadows instead of shimmery ones. - Always apply mascara after curling your lashes to avoid breakage.
