4. Connect the power supply: The power supply is connected to the anodizing tank using an anode that is connected to the positive terminal of the power supply. The voltage and current settings on the power supply will depend on the size and shape of the aluminum parts and the desired thickness of the anodized layer.

5. Anodize the aluminum: Turn on the power supply and allow the aluminum to anodize for the desired amount of time. The anodizing process will create a layer of aluminum oxide on the surface of the aluminum that can range in thickness from a few microns to several hundred microns.

6. Rinse and seal the aluminum: After the anodizing process is complete, rinse the aluminum thoroughly with water to remove any remaining electrolyte solution. The aluminum can then be sealed to improve the corrosion resistance and durability of the anodized layer. There are various types of sealants that can be used, such as hot water sealing or chemical sealing.
