How to Add Music to a Sidekick LX

From freem

The Sidekick LX is a mobile phone that was first introduced by T-Mobile in 2007. While the Sidekick LX does have a music player built-in, adding music to the device can be a bit of a challenge. Here are the steps you can follow to add music to a Sidekick LX:

1. Connect your Sidekick LX to your computer using the USB cable that came with the device.

2. Once your phone is connected to your computer, it should appear as a removable disk on your computer's file manager.

3. On your computer, create a new folder and name it "Music" or whatever name you prefer.

4. Locate the music files that you want to add to your Sidekick LX and copy them into the "Music" folder you just created.

5. After you have copied all the music files into the "Music" folder, safely eject the Sidekick LX from your computer by clicking on the "Eject" button next to the device in your file manager.

6. On your Sidekick LX, navigate to the "Music" application, which is located in the main menu.

7. Once you have opened the "Music" application, you should see a list of all the music files that you copied to the device.

8. Select the music file that you want to play and enjoy listening to your music on your Sidekick LX.

Note: The Sidekick LX has limited storage capacity, so you may need to delete some of your older music files to make room for new ones.
