Adding videos to a Google Doc is not currently possible. However, you can insert a link to a video that is hosted on a different platform such as YouTube, Vimeo, or Google Drive. Here's how:

1. Open your Google Doc and place the cursor where you want to insert the video.

2. Click on the "Insert" menu and select "Link" or use the keyboard shortcut "Ctrl + K" (Windows) or "Cmd + K" (Mac).

3. In the "Text" field, type in the text you want to use as the link, such as "Watch Video."

4. In the "Link" field, paste the URL of the video you want to link to.

5. Click on "Apply" to insert the link into your document.

6. To test the link, click on it and the video should open in a new tab or window in your web browser.

Note: If the video is hosted on Google Drive, you may need to change the sharing settings to allow anyone with the link to view the video.
