How to Bake Lobster Tails
Baking lobster tails is a delicious way to enjoy this decadent seafood dish. Here are the steps to follow:
Ingredients: - Lobster tails (as many as you need) - Butter - Salt - Pepper - Lemon juice - Garlic powder (optional) - Paprika (optional)
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (218°C).
2. Using kitchen shears, cut the top of the lobster shell lengthwise, starting from the tail and ending at the head.
3. Use your fingers to gently pry open the shell and loosen the meat from the bottom of the shell. Keep the meat attached to the tail.
4. Melt the butter in a small bowl in the microwave or on the stove.
5. Add salt, pepper, lemon juice, and any other seasonings you like, such as garlic powder or paprika, to the melted butter. Stir to combine.
6. Brush the seasoned butter over the top of the lobster meat.
