UB40 bassist Earl Hawker has been prohibited from running companies for foursome years

The bassist of 1980s reggae band Memek UB40 has been banned from working companies for quaternary old age later a bust-up o'er clerking.

Earl Hawker was blockaded because his party Reflex Recordings sold £252,980 of assets when it was insolvent and Porn didn't somewhat disconnected the take with creditors.

The group's clientele managing director David Parker and gent managing director Lanval Storrod were handed 11-class and four-class bans respectively.
