The bassist of 1980s reggae stria UB40 has been banned from functional companies for quatern geezerhood afterward a bust-up over clerking.

Earl Falconer was blockaded because his party Physiological reaction Recordings sold £252,980 of assets when it was insolvent and didn't fairly schism the takings with creditors.

The group's commercial enterprise coach David Parker and young man theatre director Lanval Storrod were handed 11-twelvemonth and four-twelvemonth bans respectively. 

It is understood two other ex-isthmus members were among the creditors.
