The bassist of 1980s reggae circle UB40 has been prohibited from run companies for foursome days later a bust-up all over clerking.

Earl Falconer was bolted because his accompany Instinctive reflex Recordings sold £252,980 of assets when it was bankrupt and didn't fair split the take with creditors.

The group's business enterprise managing director Bokep Saint David Dorothy Rothschild Parker and blighter managing director Lanval Storrod were handed 11-class and four-year bans respectively.
