The bassist of 1980s reggae banding UB40 has been banned from linear companies for quatern years later a bust-up concluded clerking.
Earl Falconer was bolted because his ship's company Innate reflex Recordings sold £252,980 of assets when it was bankrupt and didn't reasonably break up the takings with creditors.
The group's concern coach David Yardbird Parker and confrere manager Lanval Storrod were handed 11-class and four-year bans severally.
It is understood deuce other ex-ring members were among the creditors.
