Global autoblocks are automatically locally disabled if the target IP is listed at MediaWiki:Block-autoblock-exemptionlist. If an autoblock is automatically locally disabled because the IP is listed on MediaWiki:Block-autoblock-exemptionlist, this is not disclosed publicly.
