I really wish they would provide a breakdown to the 7.3% hike. It would be nice to know how much is controllable costs? I fear we don't have top tier negotiating for equipment, chemicals, etc.. How much of the 7.3% is attributed to labour cost increases? Is it baked in contract increases? New contract? Or where FTE/PTE positions or sub-contractors added?
