Here's how you can make it: Ingredients: - 4 ripe but firm pears - 1 cup of red wine - 1/4 cup of sugar - 1 cinnamon stick - 1/4 teaspoon of ground nutmeg - 1/4 teaspoon of ground ginger - 1 tablespoon of lemon juice - Whipped cream or vanilla ice cream (optional) Instructions: 1. Preheat your oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C). 2. Peel the pears and cut them in half lengthwise. Remove the core and seeds with a spoon. 3.
