RoboForm is a popular password management tool that can also be used to fill in online forms automatically. Here's how to use RoboForm to autofill online forms: 1. Install RoboForm on your computer or mobile device. You can download it from the RoboForm website or through your device's app store. 2. Set up your RoboForm account and create a Master Password. This will be the password you use to log in to RoboForm and access your saved form data. 3. Open the web browser of your choice and navigate to the online form you want to fill out. 4. Click on the RoboForm icon in your browser's toolbar. This will bring up the RoboForm menu. 5. Click on "Fill Forms" in the RoboForm menu. This will automatically fill in the form fields with your saved data. 6. If you have multiple identities saved in RoboForm, you can select the one you want to use by clicking on the "Identity" dropdown menu. 7. If there are any form fields that RoboForm doesn't automatically fill in, you can add them to your saved data by clicking on the "Save" button in the RoboForm menu. 8. Once all the form fields are filled in, click on the "Submit" button to complete the form. 9. If you want RoboForm to remember the data you just entered, click on the "Save" button in the RoboForm menu. 10. If you need to edit or update your saved form data, click on the "RoboForm Editor" button in the RoboForm menu. That's it! By using RoboForm to autofill online forms, you can save time and reduce errors when filling out repetitive forms.
