To automatically download emails to the iPhone Mail app, you can follow these steps: 1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone. 2. Scroll down and tap on "Passwords & Accounts." 3. Tap on the email account you want to download emails from. 4. Turn on the "Mail" toggle switch. 5. Scroll down and tap on "Download New Mail." 6. Choose the frequency with which you want your emails to be downloaded. You can choose from options like "Automatically," "Every 15 Minutes," "Every 30 Minutes," etc. 7. If you want to download older emails, you can scroll down and tap on "Mail Days to Sync" and select the time period. Once you have completed these steps, your iPhone will automatically download new emails to the Mail app based on the frequency you have set. If you want to manually check for new emails, you can simply pull down on the inbox to refresh the mailbox.
