To archive Lotus Notes data, you can follow these steps: 1. Open Lotus Notes and go to the File menu. 2. Click on the Archive option. This will open the Archive dialog box. 3. In the Archive dialog box, select the type of data you want to archive. You can choose to archive mail, calendar, to-do items, or all three. 4. Select the date range for the data you want to archive. You can choose to archive data from a specific date range or all data. 5. Specify the location where you want to save the archived data. You can choose to save the data on your local drive, a network drive, or a removable drive. 6. Click on the Settings button to configure additional settings. Here, you can specify the criteria for archiving data, such as the maximum age of items, the maximum size of items, and the type of data to include. 7. Once you have configured the settings, click OK to start the archiving process. 8. Depending on the amount of data being archived, the process may take some time to complete. You can monitor the progress of the archiving process in the Archive Progress dialog box. 9. Once the archiving process is complete, you can access the archived data by going to the File menu and selecting Open > Archive. 10. In the Open Archive dialog box, select the archive file you want to open and click OK. The archived data will open in a separate window. Note that archiving Lotus Notes data can help you free up space in your mailbox and improve the performance of your Lotus Notes client. It is recommended to archive your data regularly to keep your mailbox organized and reduce the risk of data loss.
