To apply for a marriage certificate in Dwarka, you can follow these steps: 1. Visit the Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM) office or the Marriage Registration Office in your area of residence. You can find the office address and contact details on the official website of the Delhi Government. 2. Collect the application form for marriage registration from the office. You can also download the form from the Delhi Government's official website. 3. Fill in the application form with all the necessary details such as the name of the bride and groom, date of birth, address, occupation, and date of marriage. 4. Attach all the required documents such as age proof, residence proof, marriage invitation card, and two passport size photographs of both the bride and groom. 5. Submit the application form along with the necessary documents to the SDM office or the Marriage Registration Office. 6. Pay the prescribed fee for the registration process. 7. After submitting the application form and paying the fee, you will be given a date for the registration of your marriage. You and your spouse must be present on the given date along with two witnesses. 8. On the given date, the SDM will verify all the documents and conduct the registration process. After successful completion of the registration process, you will be given a marriage certificate. It is important to note that you should apply for the marriage certificate within 60 days of the marriage. If you fail to do so, you may have to pay a late fee.
