Invoicera is an online invoicing software that allows you to easily manage your invoices and payments. If you need to apply late fees on your invoices, here are the steps to do so with Invoicera: 1. Log in to your Invoicera account and click on the "Invoices" tab in the main menu. 2. Find the invoice for which you want to apply the late fee and click on the invoice number to open it. 3. Click on the "Add Late Fee" button at the bottom of the invoice page. 4. In the "Add Late Fee" pop-up window, enter the amount of the late fee in the "Amount" field. You can also choose the "Late Fee Type" and "Late Fee Frequency" from the drop-down menus. 5. Click on the "Add Late Fee" button to apply the late fee to the invoice. 6. You can now see the late fee amount added to the invoice total in the "Invoice Summary" section. 7. Save the invoice with the late fee applied and send it to your client for payment. That's it! Invoicera will automatically calculate the late fee based on the settings you selected, and add it to the invoice total. If you have any questions or need further assistance, you can contact Invoicera's customer support team.
