Flonase is a nasal spray medication used to treat allergy symptoms such as sneezing, runny nose, and congestion. Here are some general guidelines on how to properly administer Flonase: 1. Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water. 2. Remove the cap from the Flonase bottle and shake it well. 3. Blow your nose gently to clear your nasal passages. 4. Close one nostril with your finger and tilt your head slightly forward. 5. Insert the nozzle of the Flonase bottle into your other nostril and aim it toward the back of your nose. 6. Breathe in gently through your nose while squeezing the spray bottle once. 7. Repeat steps 4-6 for your other nostril. 8. Wipe the nozzle with a clean tissue and replace the cap on the bottle. It's important to use Flonase exactly as directed by your doctor or as instructed on the product label. If you have any questions or concerns about how to use Flonase, be sure to ask your healthcare provider or pharmacist.
