To add an email signature in Entourage, you can follow these steps: 1. Open Entourage and go to the "Entourage" menu in the menu bar at the top of the screen. 2. Select "Preferences" from the drop-down menu. 3. In the Preferences window, click on the "Signatures" icon. 4. Click the "+" button at the bottom left corner of the window to create a new signature. 5. Type in the name of your new signature and click "OK." 6. In the "Edit Signature" window, type in your signature text. 7. You can format your signature text by using the formatting tools in the toolbar at the top of the window. 8. To add an image to your signature, click on the "Insert Image" button in the toolbar and select the image you want to use. 9. Once you have finished creating your signature, click "OK" to save it. 10. You can choose to have your signature automatically added to all new messages, replies, and forwards by selecting the signature from the "Default Signatures" dropdown menu in the Signatures preferences. 11. Alternatively, you can manually add your signature to individual messages by clicking on the "Signature" button in the toolbar when composing a new message and selecting the signature you want to use. That's it! Your new signature will now be added to your outgoing emails in Entourage.
