Adding a watermark to a video can be a useful way to protect your content and ensure that it is not used without permission. Here's how you can add a watermark to your video using Sony Vegas: 1. Open Sony Vegas and import your video file by clicking on "File" > "Import" > "Media". Choose your video file and click "Open". 2. Drag your video file from the "Project Media" tab to the timeline at the bottom of the screen. 3. Create a new video track by right-clicking on an empty space in the timeline and selecting "Insert Video Track". This will create a new track above your existing video track. 4. Import your watermark file by clicking on "File" > "Import" > "Media". Choose your watermark file and click "Open". 5. Drag your watermark file from the "Project Media" tab to the new video track you just created. 6. Resize your watermark by clicking on the watermark file in the timeline and dragging the corners to the desired size. 7. Move your watermark to the desired location on the video by clicking on the watermark file in the timeline and dragging it to the desired location. 8. Adjust the opacity of the watermark by clicking on the watermark file in the timeline and going to "Video FX" > "Opacity". Lower the opacity to a desired level to make the watermark less prominent, but still visible. Once you've completed these steps, you can preview your video to ensure that the watermark is in the desired location and at the desired opacity level. When you're satisfied with the result, you can export your video with the watermark by going to "File" > "Render As" and choosing your desired video format and settings.
