Adding a header or footer in Excel 2007 is a quick and easy way to customize your worksheet and make it look more professional. Here are the steps: 1. Open the Excel 2007 worksheet that you want to add a header or footer to. 2. Click on the "Insert" tab in the top menu bar. 3. Click on the "Header & Footer" button in the "Text" group. This will open the "Header & Footer Tools" contextual tab. 4. Choose the header or footer option you want to use. You can choose from pre-designed options or create a custom header or footer by clicking on "Custom Header" or "Custom Footer". 5. In the header or footer box, you can add text, numbers, symbols, and formatting options. Use the buttons in the "Header & Footer Tools" contextual tab to format your header or footer as desired. 6. Click on the "Close Header and Footer" button in the "Close" group when you're done. Your header or footer will now appear on every page of your Excel 2007 worksheet.
