Windows Live Messenger, also known as MSN Messenger, is a popular instant messaging program that allows you to communicate with your contacts in real-time. Adding a contact to Windows Live Messenger is a simple process that involves just a few steps: 1. Open Windows Live Messenger: Click on the Windows Live Messenger icon on your desktop or search for it in your Start menu. 2. Sign in to your account: Enter your email address and password to sign in to your Windows Live Messenger account. 3. Click on the "Add a Contact" button: In the main window of Windows Live Messenger, click on the "Add a Contact" button (the icon with the silhouette of a person and a plus sign). 4. Enter the contact's details: In the "Add a Contact" window, enter the email address or Windows Live ID of the person you want to add. You can also enter a display name for the contact. 5. Choose the contact's category: You can choose to add the contact to an existing category (such as "Friends" or "Family") or create a new category. 6. Click "Add": Once you have entered all the details, click on the "Add" button to add the contact to your Windows Live Messenger list. 7. Confirm the contact request: If the contact is not already on your contact list, Windows Live Messenger will send a contact request to the person you added. The person will need to accept your request before you can start chatting. That's it! You have successfully added a contact to your Windows Live Messenger list. You can now start chatting with them in real-time.
