To add a contact to your iPod Touch, follow these steps: 1. Tap on the "Contacts" app on your iPod Touch. 2. Tap the "+" sign in the upper-right corner of the screen. 3. Enter the person's name, phone number, email address, and any other relevant information you want to include. 4. Tap "add field" if you want to add more fields such as a street address or notes. 5. Tap "Done" when you have finished entering the contact's information. Alternatively, you can also add a contact from a text message or email: 1. Open the text message or email from the person you want to add as a contact. 2. Tap on the person's name or phone number in the message or email. 3. Tap "Create New Contact" or "Add to Existing Contact" if the person is already in your address book. 4. Follow the steps above to enter the person's information. 5. Tap "Done" when you have finished entering the contact's information. Once you have added a contact to your iPod Touch, you can quickly access it by opening the "Contacts" app and searching for the person's name or scrolling through your list of contacts.
