The Motorola Rokr E is a basic feature phone that was released in 2005. It does not have the ability to download and install themes from an app store or website, but you can customize the phone's appearance by changing its wallpaper and ringtone. Here are the steps to change the wallpaper and ringtone on your Motorola Rokr E: 1. Go to the main menu of your Motorola Rokr E by pressing the center button on the directional pad. 2. Scroll down to "Settings" and select it by pressing the center button. 3. Scroll down to "Personalize" and select it. 4. Scroll down to "Wallpaper" and select it. 5. You will be given a list of pre-installed wallpapers to choose from. Use the directional pad to select the one you want and press the center button to set it as your wallpaper. 6. To change the ringtone, go back to the "Personalize" menu and select "Ring Styles." 7. You will be given a list of pre-installed ring styles to choose from. Select the one you want and press the center button to set it as your ringtone. That's it! You have now customized the appearance of your Motorola Rokr E.
