Adding phone contacts to Skype is a straightforward process. Here are the steps to follow:

1. Open Skype on your computer or mobile device and sign in to your account.

2. Click on the "Contacts" tab at the bottom of the screen.

3. Click on the "Add Contact" button in the top-right corner of the screen.

4. Select "Add Phone Number" from the drop-down menu.
