The System Configuration Utility is a tool in Windows that allows users to configure and troubleshoot the system startup and other services. Here's how to access it: 1. Press the Windows key + R on your keyboard to open the Run dialog box. 2. Type "msconfig" and press Enter or click OK. 3. The System Configuration Utility window should appear. Alternatively, you can also access the System Configuration Utility through the Task Manager by following these steps: 1. Right-click on the Taskbar and select Task Manager. 2. Click on the "More details" button if the Task Manager is in its compact mode. 3. Click on the "Startup" tab. 4. Click on the "Open Task Manager" link at the bottom of the window. 5. The System Configuration Utility window should appear. Note that you may need to provide administrative privileges to access certain functions in the System Configuration Utility.
