To access Windows files in Ubuntu, you can follow these steps: 1. Open the file manager in Ubuntu. 2. In the file manager, click on "Other Locations" in the left sidebar. 3. In the "Other Locations" window, you should see an icon for "Windows Network". Click on this icon. 4. If you have a workgroup name for your Windows network, you may need to enter it now. If you don't know your workgroup name, you can check it in Windows by going to Control Panel > System and Security > System and looking for the "Workgroup" name under "Computer name, domain, and workgroup settings". 5. You should now see a list of all the Windows computers on your network. Click on the one that has the files you want to access. 6. If prompted, enter your Windows username and password to access the files. 7. You should now see a list of all the shared folders on the Windows computer. Double-click on the folder containing the files you want to access. 8. You should now be able to view and open the files in Ubuntu.
