Yelp is a platform where users can review and recommend businesses, as well as connect with other users. If someone sends you a friend request on Yelp, you can choose to accept or decline it. Here's how: To accept a friend request on Yelp: 1. Log in to your Yelp account. 2. Click on the notification icon (bell icon) in the upper right corner of the screen. 3. Click on "Friend Requests" from the dropdown menu. 4. Click on the "Accept" button next to the name of the user who sent you the friend request. 5. The user will now be added to your friends list on Yelp. To decline a friend request on Yelp: 1. Log in to your Yelp account. 2. Click on the notification icon (bell icon) in the upper right corner of the screen. 3. Click on "Friend Requests" from the dropdown menu. 4. Click on the "Decline" button next to the name of the user who sent you the friend request. 5. The user's friend request will be declined, and they will not be added to your friends list on Yelp. It's worth noting that accepting a friend request on Yelp allows you to see more of that user's activity on the platform, such as their reviews and photos. Additionally, Yelp will notify you when one of your friends writes a new review or checks in at a business. However, if you prefer to keep your Yelp activity private, you can choose not to accept friend requests or to only accept requests from people you know personally.
