=== User: Conceivia doesn't use that decision making system. === Conceivia doesn't use that decision making system. Without the decision making system used in Conceivia, it is just like any other commune, and will fail. Conceivia uses individual decision making and in rare instances a special voting system. Just like individual ants make decisions on their own, in Conceivia, individual people make decisions on their own. They seek the opinions of others as they believe necessary. If they screw up, they may get more feedback than they'd like, but that will naturally encourage them to seek more opinions in advance next time. People who have greater confidence and greater inspiration for specific tasks will naturally do those tasks, while people who feel less confident and think someone else can do a better job at something will more likely find someone else to make those decisions.
