Yes, great insights and summary, so it is. We see how on the other side, another narcissist and inhabitant of Hell, the Muslim Cado, is gradually awakened to common-sense and then admiration and love towards the Lord, in perfect respect of his free-will. We see how in the Household of God, Agla, the murderous and most proud queen of Hanoch, turns to the Lord in ultimate humility, after losing all her earthly privileges and is saved. And there are so many examples...
So yes, in my impression, the NR offers us numerous proofs that for the Lord such diseases of the soul are not incurable and as He says, there comes a point when even the most hardened sinner from the lowest Hell, not being able to cope with the excessive self-inflicted suffering, turns to the Lord for help, which is never refused if coming from a position of humility. The ultimate narcissist and psychopath is definitely Satan Himself, but as we know from The Plan of Creation and Salvation Revealed, the Lord works incessantly throughout all His creation to recover His lost son, and His supreme sacrifice was the crucial point also, in this ultimate redemption.  In final, as the Lord says in the NR, with Him, everything is possible, without Him, nothing! (of course meaning nothing lasting)
