Pfizer also knew they had to hire 2,400 full-time staff to process the overwhelming reports of serious adverse events they were receiving.

In just three months—from November 2020 to February 2021—they documented over 42,000 serious adverse events. Many people had multiple serious adverse events. And the side effects were not just “fever and chills.”

The number one side effect in the Pfizer documents is myalgia—muscle pain. Think about how many people you know who just “don’t feel well” after being injected. Pfizer knew they would feel bad.

The second most common side effect: joint pain. These injections are inflammatory. Arthritis, tendon pain, limping, knee replacements, hip replacements—even in young, healthy people.

The third most common side effect: COVID itself.

After that, the reports tally up catastrophic, industrial-scale, horrific side effects:
* Heart damage — myocarditis, pericarditis, damage to aortas.
* Blood damage — clotting in lungs, legs, and elsewhere.
* Neurological damage — stripping of the myelin sheath from nerves, leading to tremors, seizures, dementias.
* Autoimmune disorders — lupus-like illnesses.
* Eye damage — including blindness.
* Miscarriages — thousands.
* Deaths — 1,200 within the first three months, documented as causally related.

Two reports show clear causality: half of the liver damage and stroke-related adverse events took place within 48 hours of injection, including deaths. Pfizer knew this.

By April 2021, Pfizer knew that minors were sustaining heart damage—myocarditis and pericarditis.

And here is one of the most scandalous things we surfaced: the FDA, CDC, and Dr. Walensky knew as well. The Israeli Ministry of Health was warning them in April 2021.

Instead of pulling the vaccine and warning parents, they discussed internally how to spin the story. They issued a 17-page scripted memo (redacted in FOIA releases) and spent the summer reassuring parents and running TikTok campaigns to encourage teenagers to get injected.

They knew children would suffer heart damage—and they covered it up.
