[[User:Jackmcbarn|Jackmcbarn]], [[User:He7d3r|Helder]], now that we have [[mw:Help:Tabular_Data|tabular data support]], we can easily implement global translations. I already started on doing it with the [[mw:Module:TNT|TNT module]]. It allows a module or a template to be copied anywhere without modifications, and all localization is done in one place on Commons.  This means we can introduce parameter localization as well, without any core changes.
