=== Assistant: Absolutely. === Absolutely. Here's a clear, balanced Facebook post (under 500 words) that summarizes the situation, explains the importance of taking action, and directly addresses the hesitation some affiliates may have: 🚨Important Update for Anyone Owed Money by Cliqly🚨 If you’re an affiliate still waiting on commissions from Cliqly (DE Marketing LLC), here’s what you need to know—and why taking action now is more important than ever. 👥 The Bankruptcy Filing Cliqly’s parent company filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy, which is a liquidation—not a reorganization. That means the court will work to gather and distribute any available assets to creditors. And yes, if you’re owed commissions—you are a creditor. 💼 New Company, Same Model? While Cliqly filed for bankruptcy, a new company called Clickerr has launched with many of the same systems, compensation model, even familiar faces and platforms. Some affiliates are being offered “swaps” of their unpaid Cliqly commissions for new credits in Clickerr. But here’s the issue: These swaps are not guaranteed and are not legally protected. They could be taken away at any time, and there's no oversight ensuring you’re treated fairly. ⚖️ Why This Matters (Even If You’re Using Clickerr Now) Some are hesitant to submit a bankruptcy declaration because they’re afraid of being “blacklisted” or losing access to the new company. That’s understandable—but also risky. 👉 Submitting a declaration is not an attack. It’s your legal right to make your claim known to the court. You’re simply telling the truth: that you are owed money. 👉 The trustee may pursue legal action if they determine that Clickerr is a continuation of Cliqly’s business (a concept called successor liability). 👉 If that happens, having your claim already submitted means you could be eligible for recovery from either estate—not just the one that went bankrupt. 💡 Steps to Take 1️⃣ Fill out the declaration template and add your proof of unpaid earnings. 2️⃣ Submit your completed form to the Bankruptcy Court in Houston (not the trustee). 3️⃣ Add your information to the group drive so we can maintain organized evidence for the case. 🌍 International Affiliates Are Included Even if you live outside the U.S., you’re still allowed to submit a claim as a creditor. You are entitled to seek recovery for the work you’ve done. 📎 A shared Google Drive with templates, instructions, and support resources is available. DM me for access if you don’t have it already. 📣 The more people who come forward, the stronger the case becomes. We don’t know how the court will rule—but doing nothing guarantees you stay last in line. Let’s stand together. 💪 #AffiliateRights #CliqlyBankruptcy #Clickerr #ProtectYourEarnings #TransparencyMatters #BankruptcyAwareness Let me know if you’d like a downloadable version or want this adapted for email or another platform.
