====== Instructions: ====== # Prepare the Milk Base: - In a small saucepan, heat the milk and heavy cream until just boiling. - Remove from heat and add the contents of the Earl Grey tea bag. Let it steep for 5-10 minutes. - Strain the mixture to remove the tea leaves. # Combine Ingredients: - In a large microwave-safe bowl, microwave the cream cheese for 10 seconds until soft. - Add the sugar and vanilla paste to the cream cheese, and mix until smooth. - Slowly whisk in the cardamom powder and the strained milk mixture until fully combined. - Add the xanthan gum and blend thoroughly. # Freeze: - Pour the mixture into a Ninja CREAMi pint, ensuring it does not exceed the max fill line. - Secure the lid and freeze the pint for 24 hours. # Process: - Remove the pint from the freezer and place it in the CREAMi machine. - Select the "Ice Cream" mode and process the mixture. - If the ice cream appears crumbly, use the "Re-spin" function to achieve a smoother texture.
