==== Status ==== * Q3 Roadmap: We are actively re-prioritizing the Q3 roadmap to emphasize platform stability and retention over new feature velocity. * Alpha Launch: The Alpha launch is currently scheduled for next week; however, backend load testing indicates the infrastructure may not yet support expected usage at scale. Markβs team is assessing mitigation options and capacity timelines. * Customer Health: We are seeing a 15% increase in churn in the Northeast region, likely correlated with a known login-flow bug that was deprioritized last month. This issue is now being treated as a top retention risk. * Resourcing & Budget: Due to budget tightening, we are reassessing the plan to hire three designers in Q3. A revised proposal is to hire one designer now and defer additional headcount to Q4, maintaining momentum while staying fiscally responsible.
