==== 🔎 Observations & What the Map Suggests — Where She Might Be (or Where to Search) ==== Here’s what stands out to me when I consider the map (the one you showed) + the known details of where she was last seen / where searches have likely been focused: * The Park-n-Ride lot (I-25 & 402) is in the Loveland/Johnstown area — roughly at coordinates 40.3757, –104.9938. LatLong<ref>{{cite web|title=LatLong|url=https://www.latlong.net/poi/loveland-park-n-ride-505443|publisher=latlong.net|access-date=2025-12-04}}</ref> * From there, potential routes — according to public reporting — included possible travel to Pierce, CO and then on to La Salle, CO (to see cousins). But she never arrived at Pierce or La Salle, and no trace of the car. County 10<ref>{{cite web|title=County 10|url=https://county10.com/search-underway-for-missing-20-year-old-northern-colorado-woman/|publisher=County 10|access-date=2025-12-04}}</ref> * The map you shared (blue lines + red marks) seems to show some already-searched roads/areas (blue), and maybe bridges/culvert crossings (red). If that map corresponds at least roughly to Weld/Larimer/nearby counties (Greeley/Loveland area), that suggests search teams have maybe covered many rural roads and infrastructure — but possibly not all water-bodies, canals, irrigation ditches, or “off-road” areas. Given that, here are some areas / ideas that — in my view — may warrant heightened attention / additional search efforts: | Area / Focus | Why It Could Matter / What to Check | | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ | | Water & irrigation infrastructure east and northeast of I-25/Highway 402 (i.e. between Loveland → La Salle / Pierce / Greeley) | Northern Colorado has many irrigation ditches, canals, and reservoirs (fed by projects like the Northern Water Conservancy District / Colorado‑Big Thompson Project) that intersect farmland and rural roads. northernwater.org +2 ArcGIS StoryMaps +2 Such waterways can be remote, hard to access quickly, and sometimes overlooked — especially if previous searches focused on roads alone. | | Small rural roads / side roads branching off major routes (east of I-25, between towns like Johnstown → La Salle → Pierce) | If the vehicle broke down, got stuck, or was abandoned, someone may have attempted to duck off-road. These side roads may be less traveled and easy to miss during broad grid searches. | | Areas near reservoirs / small lakes / public lands / open fields between Loveland, Johnstown, Pierce, La Salle | The region — by virtue of water-infrastructure (reservoirs, farmland irrigation, canals) — may have secluded open-land or semi-wild zones. Bodies of water or secluded spots may be places someone might go to hide, or where someone may dump a vehicle. Also, if she panicked or got lost, she may have sought natural shelter. | | Cameras & “eyes on the ground” along all likely travel paths — gas stations, convenience stores, rest areas on I-25 and local roads | If she or someone else used the car after the disappearance, even briefly — these are likely spots. Many smaller stores/ businesses may have camera footage, and sometimes local Ring/home-security cameras can capture unfamiliar vehicles or persons. Given there was a flat tire — maybe the car was later spotted at a repair shop, tow yard, or junk yard. | | Transportation hubs, shelters, or public transit options (bus stops, Park-n-Rides, out-of-state plate check, etc.)** | If she left voluntarily (or was forced), she might have tried to blend into a shelter network, hitch-hiked, or used buses/trains. Since the alert is “endangered missing,” caution is needed: people can sometimes go off-grid. Public-transport stops, homeless-support centers, and shelters in regional towns (e.g. Fort Collins, Greeley, Denver suburbs) may be worth checking. |
