===== 🧴 Ingredients (makes ~6 bars) =====
* 10 oz Olive oil (moisturizing)
* 5 oz Coconut oil (cleansing & lather)
* 4 oz Castor oil (shine, promotes growth)
* 3 oz Shea butter or cocoa butter (conditioning)
* 1.8 oz Lye (sodium hydroxide) — use a lye calculator if you adjust amounts
* 4.5 oz Distilled water
* 10–15 drops Rosemary essential oil
* (optional) 1 tsp powdered rosemary or infused rosemary oil

===== 🔥 Instructions =====
# Prepare safety gear: Wear gloves, goggles, and long sleeves. Work in a well-ventilated area.
# Make the lye solution: Slowly add the lye to the distilled water (never the reverse!). Stir until dissolved. Let it cool to about 100–110°F.
# Melt the oils: Combine all oils and butters in a heat-safe pot and melt over low heat. Cool to ~100–110°F.
# Combine lye and oils: Slowly pour the lye solution into the oils. Blend with an immersion blender until you reach trace (a light pudding consistency).
# Add rosemary: Stir in essential oil and any herbs or rosemary-infused oil.
# Pour and cure: Pour into silicone molds, cover, and insulate for 24–48 hours. Once firm, unmold and cure for 4–6 weeks in a dry, ventilated area.
