== Drying and Post-Bath Care == 1. Lift your hedgehog out of the water and wrap them in a soft, clean towel1<ref name="ref2">2</ref>. 2. Gently pat them dry, being careful not to pull on their quills1<ref name="ref2">2</ref>. 3. Keep your hedgehog warm until they are completely dry. You can use multiple towels or a warm (not hot) hair dryer on a low setting, held at a safe distance2<ref name="ref11">11</ref>. 4. Once dry, you can apply a small amount of unscented, pet-safe moisturizer if your hedgehog has dry skin[5].
