Just wrapped up a pretty eye-opening session with ChatGPT. I asked it to help me 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐝𝐨𝐰𝐧 𝐠𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐑𝐅𝐏𝐬 in the Fort Myers area, and here’s what it did in under an hour:

• Mapped every local procurement portal (city, county, schools, airport, college—11 total)
• Built a 𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸𝗹𝘆 𝗦𝗢𝗣 so anyone on the team can scan those sites in about 30 minutes
• Wrote 𝗽𝗹𝘂𝗴-𝗮𝗻𝗱-𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘆 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗺𝗽𝘁𝘀 that pull fresh solicitations straight into Teams, already sorted by scope and fit for our MSP

I’m sharing the whole thread so you can see the workflow and the actual prompts. If you’re still hunting RFPs the old-fashioned way, this might be worth a look.
