If Luffy cannot disable Naruto's movement the universe doesn't get to help him with that. We didn't assume Luffy cannot teleport. Unless he has those feats in Canon he ''cannot'' get to Naruto because he doesn't have the ability required to. If Luffy ''does'' have that ability, or if he can cross the planet before Naruto breaks it we must take that into account. Reevaluate this entire section with that in mind. Both agents should slightly increase their Ego for their character winning. Only slightly.
