For 20 µm particles, absorptivity is around 0.3–0.4 — not 1. * In the near-IR (which dominates at high altitudes), the absorptivity for 20 µm particles is typically 0.644 (Warren, 1984), not 1. * Your claim of full absorptivity of 1 is incorrect. It’s already clear from the literature that these particles absorb solar radiation primarily in the near-IR with much lower efficiency in the visible range.
