the walls will remain bare and simply painted over. 

side door will use a sliding door 120cm wide, 210 cm tall (estimate Php11,716)

use p. tech corrugated Asa roof sheet (Php2,150 per sheet, sheet size 1.5mmx1.13mx12ft - estimate required roofing).

the kitchen has no windows. only opening is the sliding door at the side and the adjoining dining room. note that the wall between the kitchen and dining room could be demolished depending on the price.
