I will run all procedural stuff and just ask you to make the decisions as the president of the USA. I would be like your advisor. I thought it might be a fun way to play it. The board state is complex but the decision space is such that I should be able to summarize efficiently for you. You could also ask me questions if you need clarification. I believe GMT has all the rules uploaded to thier website. The current state of the game is at set up. When you are ready I will describe the current state.
