Let yourself feel that without judging it or needing to explain why it's there. # Observe the web of associations. What thoughts arise with it? “I shouldn’t be angry,” “I’ll lose control,” “I’ll be punished,” “I’m bad.” These are learned bindings. Not the anger, but the narrative about anger. # Unbind the emotion from the narrative. Ask yourself: > # Let the energy teach you. The true nature of anger is often clarity, self-respect, or boundary. When the narrative dissolves, the energy becomes intelligence. Now let’s take lust: # Let the sensation be present without acting. Not suppressing, not chasing—being with it. Noticing how it arises in the body: heat, pull, pulse, intensity. # Notice your internal response. Shame? Excitement? Guilt? Need? Ownership? These are not part of lust—they are layers of association. # Return to sensation. What is lust before the story? Often it’s aliveness, creative energy, longing for union. # Let the essence emerge. Integrated lust can become sacred eros, artistic vitality, or intimacy with the moment.
